義大利面: 1份, 洋蔥: 個, 黑胡椒粉: 勺, 蒜: 瓣, 橄欖油: 勺, 鹽: 克, 番茄醬: 勺, 捲心菜: 適量, 胡蘿蔔: 適量, 芹菜: 適量, 肉聯精紅腸: 適量, 蒜: 適量, 雞汁: 適量, 土豆: 適量, 百里香:
步驟
1捲心菜、西紅柿、芹菜、胡蘿蔔切成0.5cm左右碎丁,土豆切成小薄片

3小頭紫皮洋蔥切碎、蒜切碎、紅腸切成小丁

4鍋底放適量橄欖油把蔥蒜炒香

5蔥蒜炒香後先炒西紅柿,炒至西紅柿變軟

6再把所如蔬菜放入翻炒,加百里香(沒有鮮的,干百里香碎也可以)

7加湯、番茄醬、雞汁,開鍋後小火慢燉

8另起鍋煮意面,水裡加少量橄欖油
