4糯米浸泡四小時以上

5鍋放油,下肉丁煸炒出油

6倒入芋頭丁,煸炒,加少許酒,炒出芋頭香味,加入泡好的糯米,放鹽,加水沒過所有食材,加蓋小火三分鐘,開蓋翻面,再加蓋三分鐘。

7開蓋,撒上蔥花,加少許雞精調味即成。(可以不放調料,也可以加十三香更香)

8煮好的糯米飯盛出,(可以即食,用平底鍋煎至兩面金黃,很香很香!)

9辣椒去籽切成兩段
