奧利奧餅乾碎: 60克, 淡奶油: 20克, 淡奶油: 200克, 細砂糖: 20克, 奶油芝士: 100克, 細砂糖: 15克, 奧利奧餅乾碎: 20克, 奧利奧餅乾: 4個, 打發的淡奶油: 適量
步驟
1奧利奧餅乾碎里倒入淡奶油一起拌勻

2然後4個小號慕斯圈裡各放20克拌勻的餅乾碎,用勺子按平底部,放進冷藏冰箱備用

3先將200克的淡奶油里加入20克細砂糖一起打發到8成放一邊待用

4奶油奶酪和15克的細砂糖倒一起用電動打蛋器打順滑,然後將打發的淡奶油加入拌勻

6用刮刀拌勻

7做好的奶酪糊裝入裱花袋裡,擠入凍好餅乾底的慕斯圈裡滿模,用抹平刀將表面刮平(放冰箱冷凍三小時以上

8凍好取出,用噴火槍將慕斯圈周邊加熱幾秒使其脫模
