原料
雞胗: 300克, 蒜薹: 100克, 泡椒: 10隻, 姜: 5片, 蔥: 適量, 大蒜: 3瓣, 料酒: 適量, 鹽: 適量, 生抽: 適量, 青椒: 1隻, 紅椒: 1隻
步驟
1 1..泡椒.紅綠辣椒切丁,蒜薹切小丁生薑蒜瓣切片

2 2.將雞胗仔細洗乾淨切片,用鹽、料酒、泡椒水拌勻腌制十五分鐘待用

3 3.熱鍋倒油燒熱後,下蒜薹爆炒一下

4 4.然後加入泡椒,紅綠辣椒翻炒幾下
