小技巧
1.用牛奶和面,蛋餅的營養更全面; 2.麵糊的稀稠度以用勺起再倒下連成一條線就行; 3.用模具刻成小胡蘿蔔花很方便,也可以找其他有葉的青菜; 4.單面煎好定型後,只要將另一面刷層油,用餘溫炕熟就好;我試過不離火煎,結果葉子不能保持翠綠的顏色。
