原料
白菜: 1顆, 食用鹽: 適量, 梨: 2個, 蘋果: 2個, 姜: 1塊, 大蒜: 適量, 粗辣椒粉: 250克, 細辣椒粉: 50克, 雞精: 15克
步驟
1一顆白菜豎切4瓣,每一片葉子細細的抹上一層鹽,倒入水末過白菜,腌一天,然後用清水沖洗,(嘗一下,太鹹的話,就多泡會)瀝干待用
