原料

羅非魚: 每人一條魚(大約兩片), 檸檬: 半個, 羅勒葉: , 胡椒: , 鹽巴: , 橄欖油:

步驟

1將小土豆洗乾淨之後,擦乾,切半。撒上食鹽胡椒和橄欖油,手均勻的塗抹在土豆表面

2預熱烤箱到350華師攝氏度,烘培土豆28分鐘。將烤箱溫度降到250華師攝氏度,為烤魚做準備。

3將魚表面的水分吸干

4撒上鹽胡椒檸檬汁和橄欖油

5用錫紙摺疊包裹魚肉,放入烤箱,烤制20分鐘。

620分鐘之後取出魚肉,放入盤中,表面撒上羅勒葉,澆上錫紙余汁。

7取出烤箱中的土豆,一起食用。
