原料
大蝦: 1斤多, 土豆: 2個, 年糕: 1袋, 藕: 1節, 洋蔥: 1個, 青椒: 2個, 郫縣豆瓣醬: 2勺, 姜、蒜: 若干, 食用調和油: 若干
步驟
1蝦去掉蝦線,這一步驟很費時,花了我將近一個小時呢~然後後背剪開,以便更加入味~接著用料酒腌制20分鐘左右。

2腌制蝦的同時,把配料洗凈切好備用~

3年糕放水裡焯一下,撈出瀝干水分~

4開油鍋,炸蝦,大約三四分鐘,蝦表皮略脆,有明顯香味即可~

10把之前炸好的蝦和配菜都倒入鍋中,翻炒均勻即大功告成啦!嘗一下,很美味哦!因為豆瓣醬已經有咸鮮味,所以不用放其他任何佐料了~
