原料
有機芝麻: 300g, 紅棗: 15個左右, 枸杞: 100g, 糯米粉: 100g, 細砂糖: 70~100g
步驟
1芝麻用乾淨的平底鍋炒熟,可以分兩次炒,比較容易熟,一定要用慢火,邊輕輕攪拌邊炒,炒幾分鐘聞到香味就好了,過火芝麻會苦。

2炒熟放涼後用料理機攪拌成芝麻粉。

5糯米粉炒熟,炒到有點變黃就好了
