1香麥洗乾淨

2蚝油、蒸魚豉油、澱粉各一勺,兌成蚝油汁

3熱水中加一點點糖,香麥菜在開水中焯至斷生,撈出控水

4先把蒜爆香,加入蚝油汁,熬30秒左右收汁
