巧克力戚風(原味): 1枚, 芒果: 適量, 奶油: 150g, 糖: 20g, 薄荷葉(裝飾): 適量, 圓形裱花嘴: 1個, 裱花袋: 1個
步驟
1準備好蛋糕胚~

2將蛋糕胚均勻的切分成3片~

3將糖倒進奶油中,打發好(稍微打硬點,但不要打過了)~

4芒果去皮,切小塊備用~

5準備好裱花嘴,裱花袋剪好口~

6取一片蛋糕胚放在裱花台上~

7均勻滴擠上一圈奶油(表層不用抹奶油)~

8放上一層芒果(我家寶寶不喜歡吃,放的少)~

9放上第二片蛋糕胚,同樣擠上一圈奶油,中間放上芒果~

10覆蓋最後一層蛋糕胚,擠上一圈奶油(我將剩下的奶油全擠中間了)~
