1五花肉用清水沖乾淨、瀝干水份,切成0.5cm厚,3cm寬塊

2芋頭用清水反覆沖洗乾淨放入鍋,加入水末過芋頭,中火煮開鍋後再煮3分鐘左右 煮好的芋頭從鍋中撈出放涼或直接放冷水中過涼,用手削掉外皮

3芋頭去皮後,切滾刀塊

4鍋清洗乾淨,倒少許油將薑片入鍋中炒出香味,加入五花肉,小火慢慢炒至兩面變金黃色

5往鍋中倒入開水,煮開鍋後,放入切好的芋頭和醬油(水量以末過芋頭為準),小火慢慢燉10~15分鐘,出鍋前加入準備好的剁椒,一道又美味又下飯的美食就出鍋啦
