原料
棉花糖: 180g, 奶粉: 120g, 熟花生粒: 180g, 黃油: 60g
步驟
1將黃油放入不沾鍋中融化~

2加入棉花糖~中小火將之融化~

4分次加入花生粒翻拌均勻~

5將做好的成品倒入烤盤中~上面蓋上一層油紙~用擀麵杖擀平整~

小技巧
1.我買的是180g一包的棉花糖~一次用一包剛剛好~ 2.一定要用不沾鍋~不然會沾到鍋子上~很糟糕的~ 3.全程使用中小火~火大了會胡~火小了~牛軋糖會很軟沒有嚼勁~ 4.牛軋糖一定要等涼透了再切~不然會粘刀~
