香菇: 6朵, 醬油: 25克, 醋: 15克, 白糖: 15克, 水澱粉: 120克, 鹽: 3克, 花椒粉: 適量, 姜粉: 適量, 蔥段: 15克, 蒜末: 15克, 花生仁: 50克, 油: 多一些(實耗就一點), 干紅辣椒段: 15克
步驟
1香菇洗凈用手掌壓去水分,用剪刀轉圈剪成粗絲,分成8厘米左右的段

2放干澱粉沾勻(撒到盆里上下顛盆就粘勻了)
