2放在溫暖的地方發酵至兩倍大

小技巧
1、用於披薩的餡料不能水分太大,把餅坯濕透了就不好吃了,所以茄子、蝦仁和魷魚要事先煎熟,以防加熱身處大量水分 2、餅坯要紮上小孔,是為了防止烤的時候餅皮中間膨脹鼓起來, 3、放的順序有講究,容易成熟的蝦仁和魷魚放底下,防止烘烤過度口感不好
