玉米面: 200克, 中筋麵粉: 300克, 酵母: 5克, 溫水: 270克左右(根據麵粉乾濕度適量增減)

1準備好材料,溫水36度左右

5將麵糰揉成表面光滑,放入盆中置溫暖處發酵

6發至兩倍大,手指沾麵粉插進去不塌陷不回縮即可

7將發好的麵糰揉至切開無粗糙氣孔,分成若干劑子,裹少許麵粉

8將劑子按入模具,壓實,反扣用力拍一下桌子脫模
