1螃蟹剪掉大鉗子,用牙刷前後刷乾淨,用剪刀去掉肚子,開蓋去掉蟹胃、蟹心、蟹腸

2蟹身對半切開,準備一小盤澱粉

9放入大蔥葉,倒一罐啤酒煮七八分鐘
