1杏鮑菇的片一定要厚一點,因為煎完以後杏鮑菇會小很多 2油要少放,煎的時候用中火,大火容易糊 3一面煎好後,在煎另一面的時候就開始出水變軟,耐心一點煎成金黃 4鹽不要多放,醬汁裡邊有生抽和老抽
