雞翅: 7隻, 可樂: 150ml, 生薑: 3片, 白糖: 兩小勺, 鹽: 一小勺, 蔥花: 隨意
步驟
1雞翅解凍,清洗乾淨,在前後划上幾刀

2水燒開,加薑片,入雞翅,加點料酒和鹽!煮五六分鐘左右,撈出雞翅備用!

3熱鍋,涼油,加白糖(最好用小火,以免白糖糊鍋),等白糖融化,變成焦糖色,加入雞翅!

4不停翻炒,以免糊鍋,上雞翅上色均勻!

5倒入可樂,大火燒開,關小火收汁!
