雞架骨: 1隻, 土豆: 3個, 蒜瓣,薑片: 少許, 料酒,冰糖,生抽,老抽!: 適合
步驟
1準備蒜瓣,薑片,蒜瓣可多放點,因為香!哈哈

2土豆切塊,加水去澱粉

3水燒開,雞架骨過遍水,再撈出,瀝干水份。

4鍋里熱油,下薑片和蒜瓣,再下雞骨,炒至表面變色,(想雞肉嫩就不下油鍋,直接加水煮就行了)

5然後依次放入 料酒,冰糖,生抽,老抽,水沒過雞骨,蓋鍋蓋,大約幾分鐘左右,視雞架骨的量而定時間!

6燒開下土豆!再蓋鍋蓋大火燒至收汁上色即可!
