1小鍋里放半鍋水,燒開

2水開後,放入小圓子,小圓子放入鍋中後,要不斷攪拌,以防粘底

3煮到小圓子全都浮到水面上,加入酒釀,並把酒釀和圓子攪拌均勻,加入酒釀後,不要煮太久,不然容易發酸

4酒釀和圓子攪拌均勻後,即可以加入枸杞,繼續攪拌均勻
