蝦: 350克, 蒜頭: 20克, 青蒜: 5克, 辣椒粉: 3克, 麵粉: 適量, 麵包粉: 適量, 生抽: 1勺, 料酒: 1勺, 生薑: 2克, 紅干椒: 幾個, 胡椒粉: 1克
步驟
1食材洗凈備齊,蝦剪去觸鬚和頭部硬殼部分,我選的蝦是3cm大一點的草蝦,所以需要處理,不然的話會扎嘴的喲

2將蒜拍碎剁成泥,干辣椒切大塊,生薑切絲,青蒜切碎

4均勻撒上辣椒粉調味,根據自己口味喜好決定加多少,不喜歡吃辣的可以不加

5倒入麵粉攪拌抓勻

7鍋預熱,倒入兩勺油,油燒至六成熱即可放入蝦進行油炸
