小技巧
烤蔬菜跟烤肉類還是有區別的,烤蔬菜要根據自己選擇的蔬菜易熟程度而定,烤制過程要用筷子戳一下蔬菜,看熟的程度怎麼樣,蔬菜水分比較多,不用加太多水,腌制後期蔬菜的水分會出來。
