豬尾骨: 5塊, 胡蘿蔔: 三分之一, 藕: 同胡蘿蔔一樣多, 蔥姜蒜: 適量

1豬尾骨用水焯一下,湯設置4小時,2小時之後放胡蘿蔔及藕~
