牛腩: 400-500克, 土豆: 小的1個, 洋蔥: 小的1個, 番茄: 一個大的或2個小的, 海天柱侯醬: 1勺, 生抽: 2勺, 姜: 5片, 料酒: 1勺,也可不加, 蘿蔔: 1小個, 八角: 4-5個
步驟
1牛腩洗乾淨,切塊,大概2cm寬,易爛些

2跟涼水一起煮,去血水

14炒均勻後,加水,剛過表面,大火煮開,加入5個八角或一小段桂皮

15大火燒開後,可以濾下油

16燒開後,若是趕時間,可以先中火燉30分鐘左右,再轉小火燉1個半小時至2小時,中間需時攪拌下,以免土豆焦底

土豆等配菜適量,視鍋大小而定 八角也可以換成桂皮,一小條大概8-10cm即可
