步驟
1麵糰的準備材料

2一碗溫水把酵母化開(酵母和麵粉的比例是1:100,也要根據溫度自己調節)

3把融化的酵母水分辨次倒麵粉中,邊倒水,邊用筷子攪拌,直到看見麵粉開始結塊。用手反覆搓揉

4待麵粉揉成團,用濕布或者鍋蓋將器皿里的麵糰蓋嚴,放在溫暖的地方

5靜置到原麵糰的兩倍大小左右

6麵糰再揉一次,進行二次發酵,步驟和第一次發酵相同

7等到麵糰膨脹到兩倍大,且內部充滿氣泡和蜂窩組織時,發麵就算完成

8用手揉麵糰,將裡面的空氣排出
