QQ面, 肉泥 適量, 老抽, 料酒, 食鹽, 雞精, 香菜 少許
步驟
1準備好肉泥和QQ面(我買了兩包,就拍了一包的袋子)
2鍋內燒開水,放入QQ面,用筷子劃散,煮至8分熟

3將QQ面撈出,放入冷水中浸泡10分鐘

4放在簸箕裡面瀝干水分

5另外起鍋,鍋內放入適量的油,燒熱
