春節做家宴少不了做炒菜。平時吃慣了清淡口味的小炒,是不是有時候也可以稍微來點重口味呢?美其名曰重金屬烹飪法。我覺得有時調劑一下口味也是一種好的嘗試,說不定自己家裡多了一種自己喜歡的蔬菜的做法,何樂而不為呢。江南人在家裡炒菜一般很少用到花椒,都不習慣這麻麻的味道,但要是川菜麻婆豆腐大家都能接受,所以有時候在炒菜的時候放點試試,也會有驚喜,今天就給大家推薦花菜的兩種相對重口味的做法。
原料
花椰菜, 青紅椒, 食用油, 干辣椒, 豆瓣醬, 白糖, 醋, 香油, 紫花椰菜, 海鮮醬, 生粉, 香油
步驟
1花椰菜切開成一朵朵小花

2清洗後用淡鹽水浸泡15分鐘後再要用水沖洗

4碗里放入兩勺豆瓣醬,加入水讓化開
