原料
五花肉 一盒(市場上沒好的五花肉,只能去超市買一盒一盒的), 芋頭, 蒜 幾個, 姜 幾片, 干檸檬 一片, 綠茶 一小撮, 花椒 一小把, 辣椒 一小把, 冰糖 適量
步驟
1五花肉洗凈去毛,切成麻將大小的塊

2放入冷水中,煮開

3撈出衝去血沫,控干水分備用

4鍋倒底油少許,涼油入糖小火慢炒,至出棕紅色泡沫,下控干水分的肉塊翻炒均勻上色,加入料酒少許

5直至肉上全部裹入色澤,下姜蒜

6添水未過食材,大火煮滾

7倒入沙鍋中,放入香料(其實應該用個香料盒或者用紗帶,可是我忘了一股腦的都扔了進去)

8上蓋,煮沸後,小火一個半小時

9等肉燉一個半小時之後入芋頭,再一起半個小時即可出鍋
