這個魷魚可好吃啦,是老公的同事送的!感謝了啊! 加上清新的荷蘭豆,很是滋味,也算是個廣東的傳統小炒了吧!
原料
魷魚, 荷蘭豆, 胡蘿蔔, 油, 鹽, 姜, 米酒, 胡椒粉, 生抽, 蒜蓉
步驟
1鮮魷開肚去內臟,洗凈,撕去筋膜;

2劃十字刀花,然後切成適量大小塊;

3加入薑絲,油鹽,胡椒粉腌一下備用;

4胡蘿蔔去皮切適量大小的片狀;

5荷蘭豆洗凈,去頭尾;

6熱油鍋,下魷魚爆炒;

7當魷魚捲起來的時候加點生抽提鮮上色;

8在鍋邊淋上一點米酒熗鍋增香即可盛起備用;

9重新熱油鍋,下薑片,蒜爆香一下,然後下胡蘿蔔片翻炒一下;

10再下荷蘭豆炒勻;期間可以加入少許的水熗鍋,熟時加鹽調好味;

11上鍋前把炒好的魷魚倒入重新炒勻即可!

小技巧
姜,酒和胡椒粉都可以為魷魚提香去腥,用酒熗鍋會更香些~!
