小技巧
1、牛腩切的時候比一般滷牛肉的時候要小塊一點哈,方便入味熟 2、芹菜的話,如果不喜歡那個味道就算了。。。喜歡的話,建議放點 3、番茄講究的話,去皮哈,我沒去。。。哈哈 4、牛肉先用黃油煎下,再燉煮,很香哈
