雞爪 12-20隻, 白醋 1瓶, 白糖 足量, 洋蔥 2小顆, 西芹 4小根, 檸檬 3個, 生抽 少許, 青紅剁椒 各一瓶, 料酒 足量, 鹽 適量, 薑片 4片
步驟
1買回的雞爪與薑片,白水,足量料酒煮15-20分鐘煮熟
