12麵粉里加水

小技巧
1、肉最好是全部肥肉剁餡兒好吃哈。。。至少肥肉多點要,這樣霉乾菜才好吃 2、餡兒都剁的小塊一點,特別是霉乾菜 3、肥肉在煎的時候會出油哈,這個才好吃 4、做餡兒的時候,看你買的霉乾菜鹹度,鹽看著放,白糖要放的,這樣才好吃
