酒釀雞蛋 0

原料

酒釀 3大勺, 雞蛋 1個, 清水 適量, 紅糖 適量, 生薑末 1茶匙（可無）

步驟

在滾水中加入紅糖、生薑，然後加入酒釀略煮後打進雞蛋，熄火盛出即可。（註：雞蛋不用煮得太老，酒釀也可以不煮）
