小技巧
1、山藥不要切的太大塊我覺得 2、趁著山藥剛蒸好,熱乎乎表面滑滑的,裹生粉容易 3、炸的時候不要太過了,表面脆脆的就好,不要焦黃,最好還是要白白的 4、撒點蔥花,好看也更香哈~ 5、拌炒要快,不要時間很長的。
