原料
羊肉 250克, 大蔥 1/2根, 孜然粒 1湯匙(10克), 辣椒干 3個, 洋蔥 1/5個, 料酒 1匙, 生抽 1匙, 鹽 1/2匙, 糖 1/4匙, 蒜瓣 三個,切片, 油 少許
步驟
1羊肉洗乾淨,切成大小相小粒,大約長寬1cm就好

2切好的羊肉再沖洗一遍,瀝干水分,放入生抽和料酒和糖腌制大約十五分鐘

4鍋熱油大約7成熱,倒入羊肉大火爆炒
