1肥瘦肉切小粒

6加入一個雞蛋拌勻,看個人喜歡,也可不加

7拌勻後就做成了基礎肉餡,分別加不同的菜就是不同口味的餃子了

8芹菜洗凈瀝干水分,切碎

9用紗布絞去大部分水分,放入盆中拌上芝麻油備用

10豆角焯水後過涼,瀝干水分後切小粒,同樣拌上芝麻油備用

11開始包之前,芹菜和豆角放入肉餡中拌勻即可(豆角餡的我加了半根胡蘿蔔)

12麵粉加入適量水

13揉成軟硬適中的光滑麵糰,蓋上保鮮膜醒面半小時以上

14醒好的面揉圓後分成四分

18取一個小劑子擀成餃子皮(我用了以前做包子的圖,感覺比較厚哈,餃子皮要薄點好)

19依次擀好所有小劑子

小技巧
1、肉餡里加的海米炸過更香。 2、肉餡加不加雞蛋看個人喜歡,我做其它餡的都不加,因為怕芹菜的會刺口所以加了雞蛋。 3、蔬菜類的拌餡之前最好都先用芝麻油拌上,這樣不容易出水。
