杏鲍菇: 1个, 牛肉: 160克, 红椒: 1个, 青椒: 1个, 姜: 适量, 蒜: 适量, 生抽: 适量, 糖: 适量, 胡椒粉(黑白都行): 适量, 香油: 少许, 料酒: 适量, 淀粉: 适量, 蚝油: 适量, 盐: 适量, 老抽: 少许
步骤
1蒜切末,姜切片,青红椒、杏鲍菇、牛肉切丁

2牛肉加生抽、姜、白糖、胡椒粉抓匀,冷藏半小时

6热锅凉油,小火放牛肉丁翻炒至八分熟(待牛肉都裹上油一会再翻面,这样炒出来的牛肉比较嫩)

7放入杏鲍菇丁翻炒,加蚝油、白糖、盐、炒匀
