原料
高粉: 540g, 低粉: 60g, 动物性鲜奶油: 150g, 酵母: 10g, 奶粉: 30g, 糖: 80g, 盐: 9g, 鸡蛋: 1个, 鲜牛奶: 250g
步骤
1将材料放入面包机中的搅拌盆。酵母和糖、盐要分开放,以免脱水而使酵母被杀死失去作用。把面团搅拌至完成阶段。(能拉出薄膜)

2基本发酵约1小时左右至体积为原来2倍大

3用手轻拍面团使面团尽可能地排去空气,分割成3份。滚圆,松弛约15-20分钟

4用擀卷一次法,把面团擀开成椭圆形

5再左右各向内折1/3

9进行最后发酵

10面团体积膨胀至八分满时,刷一层蛋液或牛奶,移至烤箱内,预热完170度。烤40分钟,(或烤箱事先预热190度,用180度烤焙30分钟左右)
