培根: 12片, 土豆: 2个中等大小, 蘑菇: 3个, 洋葱: 半个, 黑胡椒: 2勺, 盐: 少许
步骤
1准备食材:土豆中等大小两只,杏鲍菇三个,洋葱半个,培根一包(选用五花的最好),黑胡椒,盐

2上锅蒸土豆,蒸土豆的空隙把杏鲍菇,洋葱,两条培根切成块,热锅下培根翻炒,再放杏鲍菇翻炒,再下洋葱炒至透明,加黑胡椒盐拌匀,盛出备用

3蒸好的土豆压成泥,不用非常碎

4放入刚才炒好的培根洋葱杏鲍菇碎,拌均匀

5捏成椭圆形,捏紧一些

6如上图所示放好培根,尽量重叠着放一些,防止土豆泥漏出来

7放入之前准备好的土豆泥椭圆球,依次进行包裹

8包裹好后用绳子系起来,防止在烘烤的过程中培根散落,裹紧,裹紧之后整形一下,使它变回椭圆形

9烤箱预热好200度,烘烤35分钟,外边的肉汁会渗进去,外皮又是脆脆的,少了油脂,里边的土豆泥浸满了肉汁,吃起来也不会腻

10酱汁做法:蚝油、酱油、水的比例1:2:3,放入锅中熬开,加入调好的水淀粉,酱汁完成✅
