原料
番茄(包夹蛋): 2个, 咸蛋(包夹蛋): 4个, 生粉(包夹蛋): 500g, 番茄酱(做酱汁): 1瓶, 白沙糖(做酱汁): 200g, 生粉(做酱汁): 50g, 油: 300CC
步骤
1番茄洗净去楴~

21个番茄切成4切厚度尽量一致~

3咸蛋去蛋白把黄放到盘子到锅蒸10或15分钟拿出来压扁备用~

4把黄放在番茄上轻轻压成块状~

5放到盘子里裹上粉就好了~

6沾粉~

7热锅放油把里上粉的番茄放进油锅炸,炸至发黄浮上来就拿起摆盘~
8做酱汁,热油然后放糖容开一些放番茄酱和生粉搞混成汁 就OK咯~
