1把买回来的小黄鱼去内脏洗净后沥水,加料酒,生姜,适量盐搅匀腌好,为了入味我腌了12小时

2把腌好的小黄鱼用厨房纸吸干水分备用

3找个保鲜袋装适量面粉,把吸干的小黄鱼放入保鲜袋中扎紧袋口随便翻滚小黄鱼,使鱼身沾满面粉,这个步骤可以不脏手,嘿嘿^_^

4加热平底锅,放适量菜籽油,把沾满粉的小黄鱼慢慢滑入锅内,小火慢煎十分钟

5轻轻把鱼翻身再煎十分钟,如此反复翻反复煎直到鱼熟了
