小技巧
1.麦麸粉因为含有麦麸,更健康。颜色会有点深。不用纯糯米粉是因为如果全部用糯米粉,口感更香,但是会很黏。加入麦麸粉,则降低粘度,吃起来感觉刚刚好。 2.南瓜包可以蒸熟,也可油炸,或者像汤圆一样水煮,别走风味
