2将牛奶、色拉油、盐、细砂糖(24g)加入蛋黄中,用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀;

6将1/3 蛋白加入至搅拌好的蛋黄糊中,用刮刀翻拌均匀,然后将蛋黄糊倒回剩下的蛋白中翻拌均匀;
