面粉: 140g, 鸡蛋: 1个(50g), 清水: 10g, 精盐: 2g
步骤
1准备材料~

2面粉倒入盆中,加入精盐,一点点倒入蛋液水,揉成面团盖保鲜膜醒面20分钟以上(刚和好的面团有些硬不易揉成面团,醒面吸收水分就变软了)~

3面团稍微按扁大概机器1档的厚度,先用1档压,刚开始很粗糙,将裂纹一面朝下反复重叠压制~

4稍微平整以后,用2档压一遍,3,4档各压一遍,最后用5档压一遍薄厚就可以了(光滑平整),面片因为反复压制,若是粘连可稍微撒些面粉,就不粘合了~

5长长的面片就压好了,撒些面粉分割成均匀的等份,切成长条片,在对半切成四方形~
