步骤
1扁豆去头尾,掰成小段,泡水,洗干净

2葱切沫,蒜切小粒,干辣椒剪小段

3把扁豆放入微波炉中,高火转5分钟,拿出来时扁豆的表面有一点微微皱

4锅内放一点点油,小火,把扁豆放入锅里,开始干煸,这个过程可能会耗时比较长,一定要有耐心,小火慢慢煸,直到把扁豆煸到表面都皱起来

5煸好的扁豆如图,还是绿色的,千万别煸过了,煸过了吃起来口感就不好了

6热锅,凉油,小火,放干辣椒段和花椒,慢慢炸出香味,到干辣椒颜色开始变深
