1枸杞用水泡软,姜切丝;

2鱼洗干净,剁掉头和鳍,平放,在鱼腹上横刀并垂直的方向切下去,切成1cm宽的块,摆盘时把最宽处放中间,靠近鱼尾的部分平分在两边对称,摆成孔雀屏形状;

3撒上盐,在鱼间隙处放上姜丝,摆上泡软的枸杞做点缀;
