1准备红糖150克

2锅内倒入一小碗冷水,放入准备好的红糖

3开火,用勺子一边搅拌一边熬煮,煮到红糖溶化,水量剩下原来的一半,关火,放在一边晾至红糖水没有热气冒出

4准备150克胡麻油(胡麻油是山西特产,没有可以用其它食用油代替,只是做好的月饼没有胡麻油做出来的香)倒在炒锅里

5开火熬煮,煮至油出香味,表面出现气泡,泛起层层涟漪,有微微的轻烟冒出,关火,放在一边晾至油冷却

6准备500克小麦面粉放在和面盆里,用手把面粉扒拉到盆的一边

7烧热晾凉的胡麻油或食用油倒在和面盆的另一边

11用手把面粉扒拉到食用油水里

12一边扒拉一边用手搅拌,使面粉吸收油脂水分,形成絮状面团

21使面剂子在左右手的配合下,形成周围光滑顶端稍微凸起的剂子
