小技巧
再切芒果时纵横切后,可以用手抵一下芒果皮,从中间往上顶,芒果肉就凸出来了。小心别把芒果皮切破。 西米可以焖一会儿,这样能保证熟透。时不时要用勺子刮一下锅底,防止粘锅
