步骤
1和面,我用了一瓢半,家里人多,尽量和湿一点

2先把南瓜用擦板,擦成丝状

3粉条泡三个小时左右,切成三至五厘米左右,韭菜同上,之后和南瓜豆芽一起放到盆里

4之后加调料,盐,食油,十三香,香油

5搅拌均匀之后,开始把面团分成比拳头小一点的,分成多份

6之后把小面团用擀面杖擀成薄薄一层

7之后把菜夹到上面,摊开

8再在上面摊一层,在周围按压,以免里面的菜露出来

9放平底锅,烧热之后把菜馍放到平底锅里面,盖上锅盖,锅热的话要勤翻,不然会烧焦,火候不是很热的话就两分钟左右一番,翻三四次就可以拿出来了
